About Us

Leavenworth Baptist Church is a congregation of baptized believers, united in one accord with Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. We hold the entire Bible to be the inspired Word of God and inerrant in the original writings and the final authority for faith and life.

LBC is a member of the Southern Baptist Convention through the Kansas Nebraska Convention of Southern Baptists and is a part of the Kansas City Kansas Baptist Association. We have adopted the Baptist Faith and Message 2000, which can be found here.
